Why can't I download my language pack?

This is a known issue that impacts select users. We are constantly working on improving this issue. In the meantime, what you can do to try and get your language packs to download is:
  1. Go into Settings
  2. Tap Languages
  3. Tap your menu button or hit the 3 dots
  4. Select "Update languages”
  5. Try to download your language again

If the steps above do not work, please try:
  1. Deleting the languagePacks.json file in /sdcard/Android/data/com.touchtype.swiftkey/files/
  2. Then reboot your device.

SwiftKey will generate a new file with the correct metadata for all models (you should be connected to the internet). If you then try downloading the language pack again, hopefully the issue will be resolved.
